Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and interest information: first name, email address, metropolitan area/city, and ages/number of kids, when you sign up for event updates.
- Ticket purchase information: name, email, and billing information, collected through our ticketing partner, TicketSpice, when you buy tickets. We do not store your payment card details, these are handled directly by TicketSpice and its payment processor.
- Waiver agreement: your agreement to our Liability Waiver, given at checkout when you purchase tickets, covering yourself and everyone included in your order.
- Inquiry information: name, email, and any details you share with us through our General Inquiries, Partnerships, or Parent Ambassador forms.
- Event imagery: your image and likeness may be captured through photography or videography while attending the event.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:
- Notify you about event announcements, launch dates, and ticket presales.
- Process ticket purchases and manage entry to our events.
- Verify waiver agreements and manage liability for event attendance.
- Respond to general inquiries, partnership requests, and Parent Ambassador applications.
- Understand site usage and improve our marketing, using cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Use event photography and videography in future marketing, including on our website and social channels.
Data Sharing & Protection
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, process ticket sales, and manage communications, including TicketSpice and Typeform, and only where those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Data collected through our ticketing partner remains our exclusive property, TicketSpice does not own or retain rights to your information beyond what’s needed to process your transaction.
Children’s Information
Little Beats Dayclub is a family event, and some of the information we collect relates to kids attending with their parent or guardian. This information is provided to us by the parent or guardian, not collected directly from kids, and the parent or guardian is responsible for its accuracy. We use it solely to manage event entry and safety.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, generally up to 24 months following your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your Rights & Choices
You can opt out of receiving email communications from us at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@littlebeatsdayclub.com.
