01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending Little Beats Dayclub (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by 1000927661 Ontario Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your family. If you do not agree, please do not use this site, purchase tickets, or attend our events.

02Tickets & Purchases

• Tickets are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partner, TicketSpice, via this website. Tickets purchased through any other source are not valid.
• All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges.
• Every kid and adult attending requires a ticket. Infants under 12 months are free and do not require a ticket. Every adult must be accompanied by a kid to enter.
• You may switch your ticket window, provided your ticket’s original tier is still available in the new window. If that tier has sold out, you’ll be required to pay the difference to move up to the next available tier.
• Tickets are not tied to a specific name and may be passed along to family or friends. Whoever attends must have the ticket to be scanned at entry.
• There is no re-entry once you’ve left the event.

03Entry & Conduct

• Entry requires a valid ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our Liability Waiver, Release of Liability, and Assumption of Risk on behalf of yourself and everyone included in your order, available on our website.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct we consider disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
• Alcohol service is subject to the venue’s liquor license and requires valid ID for guests 19+. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated.
• Attendees are expected to follow venue rules and behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests.

04Photography & Media Consent

Photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed, and to that footage being used in our future marketing, including on our website and social channels. See our Privacy Policy for more on how this content is handled.

05Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Little Beats Dayclub name, logos, event concepts, video media, and branding, is the property of the company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

06Website Use

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify or copy site materials, use them for commercial purposes, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the site, remove copyright notices, or mirror site content elsewhere. This license terminates automatically if violated.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Beats Dayclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, your attendance at our events, or any technical failure or delay affecting either.

09Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify event programming, timing, location, or lineup at any time without notice. If we cancel the event entirely due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with ticket holders on next steps, which may include a credit toward a future event or a refund, at our discretion.

10Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website or attendance at future events constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
